You can send us your report by filling out the form below. All the information and documents you send will be verified by us to ensure they are truthful and reliable.
If you have been a victim or are aware of situations and behaviors of abuse but are afraid of repercussions and fear for your safety you can do so safely while remaining anonymous.
Anonymous reports will be analyzed only if sufficiently detailed and specific. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the necessary verification and interventions. Please fill in at least one of the following combinations of information (otherwise, we will not be able to process the report):
- Municipality and organization + Date + Type of report
- Organization + Person responsible for the incident + Type of report
- Municipality + Person responsible for the incident + Environment/circumstance
- Contacts (at least one between email and phone)
In case of danger, you should contact the competent authorities and make the appropriate reports to law enforcement.
The personal data at the bottom of the reporting form will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of privacy and confidentiality of data, without prejudice to what is provided by law in criminal matters in the event of any reports to the ordinary judicial authority.
